  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping Fee: €12.95

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping Fee: Free for orders over €50

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The original packaging is intact
  • The item is in resalable condition

Important: Return shipments must be requested within the 15-day return period. Returns shipped without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • EHBO-producten (First aid products)

Step 2: Wait for Our Response

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return approval and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Package Back

Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a track & trace service for your return shipment.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement item.

Refund Information

After receiving and inspecting your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after return approval.

Refund Methods:

  • PayPal payments will be refunded to the original PayPal account

Note: Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Exchanges
